Microsoft today pushed out a new update for its Skype app for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile users in the Release Preview ring. The update pushes the app to new version 12.4.676.0. The update comes with some new features which have already been tested with Fast Ring Skip Ahead Insiders.
The latest update brings some new features along with usual bug fixes and performance improvements. The company has released some more new reactions which have been added like the outside seating, middle finger and more.
You will now be able to cancel the Skype conversations which was not possible earlier were users could only clear normal messages and hide Skype messages. You will now be greeted with a new Welcome Screen.
Another change is that you will no longer be able to hide conversations and also add groups to your favourites. The update is not a major one but any new features are always welcome. There are the usual bug fixes and performance improvements also included in the latest update.
The update is currently live and can be downloaded by clicking the below Windows Store link. Note that this update is available for users on Release Preview Ring.
